  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when booking or requesting services.

  • Unauthorized use of the website may result in a claim for damages or legal action.

Services

  • Scope of Work: The scope of handyman services will be detailed in a separate service agreement or invoice.

  • Availability: All service bookings are subject to availability.

  • Estimates: Cost estimates provided are subject to change based on the actual scope of work.

  • Permits: any permits that may need to be pulled will be listed under your name. If a permit is needed, the permit must be obtained from the city prior to the service(s) agreed upon are started.

Payments

  • Accepted Payment Methods:

    • Payments may be made via cash, check, or Venmo.

  • Payment Due Date:

    • Payment is due within 10 days from the invoice date unless otherwise stated.

  • Late Payments:

    • Payments not received by the due date may be subject to a late fee of 2.5% of the outstanding balance.

  • Deposit Policy:

    • A deposit of 25% may be required before work begins. By paying the deposit, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  • Non-Payment:

    • In the event of non-payment, additional collection fees and legal costs may apply.

  • Disputes:

    • Any disputes regarding this invoice must be submitted in writing within 5 days of the invoice date.

We may update the Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
